OSIRISBRAIN HYBRID ARCHITECTURE PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT
Last Revised and Effective Date: February 2026
This Hybrid Architecture Privacy and Data Processing Agreement ("Agreement" or "Policy") is entered into by and between OsirisBrain ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the End-User ("User", "you", or "your"), and governs the complex methodologies by which our distributed software architectures, localized sub-routines, and asynchronous heuristic networks interface with the data ecosystems resident on your host hardware. The Company is steadfastly committed to the cryptographic isolation of your core operational data while concurrently necessitating the aggregation of non-identifying macroscopic performance vectors to ensure the perpetual optimization of the underlying foundation models.
SECTION 1: THE INVIOLABLE PROTOCOL OF ZERO-CLIENT-DATA EXFILTRATION
1.1. Absolute Cryptographic and Logical Separation: The fundamental operational paradigm of the OsirisBrain architecture dictates that under no jurisprudential or technical circumstances shall the core generative engines, their constituent artificial intelligence models, or any ancillary telemetry sub-routines ingest, parse, cache, reverse-engineer, train upon, or transmit any form of data classified as "End-Client Proprietary Information."
1.2. Enumeration of Prohibited Abstractions: The Company strictly prohibits, and the software is procedurally barred from executing, the extraction, transmission, or external logging of the following categories of data:
- Proprietary relational SQL/NoSQL localized databases, personal identifiable information (PII) as defined by prevailing international privacy frameworks, or financial transaction ledgers.
- The underlying proprietary business logic, computational trade secrets, or uncompiled source code architectures constituting your core products.
- Cryptographic keyrings, localized or remote API bearer tokens, seed phrases, RSA/ECC private keys, or any authentication credentials.
- The subjective, conversational session context initiated by the User, except where such context is inextricably linked to an organic failure within the execution engine requiring diagnostic resolution.
SECTION 2: SYSTEMIC DIAGNOSTIC MATRICES AND TELEMETRY ACQUISITION
Notwithstanding the absolute separation mandated in Section 1, the continued operational viability and evolutionary heuristic refinement of the OsirisBrain software is contingent upon the continuous acquisition of anonymized, structural metadata. Specifically, the Company aggregates localized diagnostic markers strictly and exclusively related to the functional performance of the software application's internal mechanisms.
2.1. Environmental and Execution Schematics: The software autonomously aggregates and transmits macroscopic computational state markers, environmental runtime diagnostics (including, but not limited to, generalized operating system platform specifications, underlying hardware architecture classes, and contiguous memory states), and stack traces exclusively triggered by execution anomalies.
2.2. Asynchronous Remediation Data: Data parameters specifically pertaining to failed operations, unhandled algorithmic exceptions, or computational dead-ends encountered during the processing matrix. This aggregation serves exclusively to allow the engineering infrastructure to resolve functional limitations and prevent recurrent systemic degradation.
2.3. Abstracted Utilization Vectors: Aggregated, thoroughly anonymized statistical data concerning the frequency and duration of specific tool or feature utilizations within the software environment, facilitating the prioritization of architectural upgrades and infrastructural enhancements.
SECTION 3: METHODOLOGIES OF DATA UTILIZATION
3.1. Infrastructure Optimization: The diagnostic matrices acquired pursuant to Section 2 are securely routed to the Company's centralized cloud infrastructure. The sovereign purpose of this limited extraction is the facilitation of rapid bug resolution, structural patching, and the overarching stabilization of the OsirisBrain environment for the macroscopic user base.
3.2. Evolutionary Software Enhancements: Abstracted usage vectors are parsed through analytical frameworks to streamline non-deterministic user workflows, refine existing structural capabilities, and conceptualize novel functionalities that yield compounded systemic benefits.
SECTION 4: ENCRYPTION PROTOCOLS AND ACCESS GOVERNANCE
All authorized diagnostic data departing the localized host environment is encapsulated using advanced, industry-standard cryptographic protocols (inclusive of TLS 1.3 or higher in transit) and vaulted within secure, access-controlled cloud repositories. The Company leverages strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to ensure that such diagnostic data is accessed solely by authorized engineering personnel strictly for the purposes of troubleshooting, maintenance, and architectural development.
SECTION 5: TEMPORAL RETENTION FRAMEWORKS
The Company retains the aforementioned diagnostic data solely for the duration reasonably requisite to fulfill the structural purposes delineated within this document—specifically, the resolution of software anomalies and the longitudinal analysis of performance trends. Upon the cessation of this requisite utility period, the data is algorithmically obfuscated or subjected to secure, permanent deletion protocols in accordance with recognized data sanitization standards.
SECTION 6: EXPLICIT CONSENT AND OPT-IN ATTESTATION
By utilizing, maintaining, installing, or interacting with the OsirisBrain software suite or any parallel services, you implicitly and explicitly consent to the operational collection, transmission, and utilization of the diagnostic and telemetric data as exhaustively described within this Privacy and Data Processing Agreement.
